These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.seedance-2.space (the “Service”), operated by Seedance 2 (“Seedance 2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

The Service provides online tools and features that allow users to upload images, videos, or text prompts and generate AI videos (the “Outputs”). The Service may offer different capabilities, usage limits, and features depending on availability, subscription status, or other conditions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts (If Applicable)

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk, cause harm, or involve abuse.

4. User Content and License

4.1 Your Content

“User Content” means any images, files, text, or other materials you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, to operate the Service, you grant Seedance 2 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your User Content solely for:

  • providing and maintaining the Service (including generating Outputs),
  • preventing abuse and ensuring security,
  • complying with legal obligations.

4.2 Outputs

“Outputs” are the videos, images, or results generated from your User Content. Subject to these Terms and your compliance, you may use Outputs for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload User Content that:

  • infringes intellectual property or privacy/publicity rights,
  • is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent,
  • contains malware or attempts to disrupt the Service,
  • violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models (except where prohibited by law),
  • bypass rate limits or usage restrictions,
  • scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service,
  • use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or infringing content,
  • use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Seedance 2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Paid Plans, Credits, and Billing (If Applicable)

7.1 Pricing and Plan Changes

If the Service offers paid subscriptions, credits, or usage-based plans, pricing and features may change over time. Any changes will apply prospectively where required by law.

7.2 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

7.3 Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@seedance-2.space with relevant details (transaction ID, date, and amount). We may issue refunds at our discretion where permitted.

7.4 Trials and Promotions

Trial or promotional access may be offered from time to time and may be modified or terminated at any time, subject to applicable law.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive to provide reliable results, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation,
  • error-free performance,
  • specific generation outcomes,
  • that Outputs will meet your particular requirements.

Video generation results depend on input quality and content. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using or publishing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Seedance 2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedance 2 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service,
  • your User Content,
  • your violation of these Terms or applicable laws,
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that may cause harm, legal exposure, or abuse.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Seedance 2 operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
